Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using KeepForThem, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use or purchase the service.
What KeepForThem provides
KeepForThem is a digital planning tool that helps individuals organize information and instructions into a family preparedness Guide.
KeepForThem is intended to help your family understand where to look, who to contact, what responsibilities may require attention, and what information you want them to know if you are unavailable to help.
Not professional advice
KeepForThem does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, estate-planning, or other professional advice.
The Guide is not a will, trust, power of attorney, advance directive, insurance policy, financial plan, or other legal document and does not replace documents or advice from qualified professionals.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you enter into your Guide.
Do not enter passwords, PINs, full account numbers, security codes, safe combinations, or similar sensitive access credentials.
KeepForThem does not maintain a server copy of your completed Guide. You are responsible for saving, printing, securing, and maintaining any completed Guide you wish to retain.
Purchases
Access to the paid KeepForThem Guide is offered as a one-time purchase for $29.99 USD, unless a different price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
There is no recurring subscription associated with the standard KeepForThem Guide purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Applicable taxes may be included or handled as shown during checkout.
Refund policy
We want customers to feel confident purchasing KeepForThem.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact support@keepforthem.com within 30 days of purchase and request a refund.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We reserve the right to prevent abuse of the refund policy, including repeated purchases and refund requests intended to obtain continued use of the service without payment.
This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Purchase restoration
If you lose access to your purchased KeepForThem Guide functionality, you may use the Restore Purchase feature with the email address associated with your purchase.
Restoring a purchase restores your paid access. It does not restore Guide information previously entered on another device or browser.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue portions of KeepForThem from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of purchased functionality, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may use KeepForThem for lawful personal purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass payment or access controls, gain unauthorized access to systems or information, misuse the service, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
KeepForThem and its website, software, branding, design, text, templates, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Your personal information and the content you enter into your Guide remain yours.
Purchasing KeepForThem gives you a personal right to use the service and create, save, and print your Guide. It does not transfer ownership of the KeepForThem software, branding, templates, or service.
Disclaimer
KeepForThem is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every individual need or that information entered by a user will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for a particular situation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepForThem and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as KeepForThem evolves. The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
